Words cannot express how much I loved spending time with these two women. I met Sarah last year at a Rising Tide Tuesdays Together meeting. She runs a wedding planning business named Sincerely Pete which focuses on helping equality minded couples in love plan their weddings! I was introduced to Heather through Sarah just a few short months ago. Heather is a travel agent who also runs her own business, Heather Christopher Travel. Together, these two boss ladies decided to go into business together to open Wanderlust Wedding Co to help serve their destination brides more impactfully as a team! Knowing I’m an avid traveler with 8 destination weddings in the book for this year, Sarah reached out to me. When she asked me if I wanted to accompany them on their scouting trip to Charleston, SC it felts like a no brainer!

Honestly, the trip felt like an extremely niche business retreat with amazing food and wine. I had no idea what to expect traveling in a city with two women I had never really traveled with before let alone shared a room with before. I have to say, we were a dang good trio! Although we are different people, we all seemed to travel the same way. We’re all super low key with a desire to see the major hot spots but also take in the local flavor. Some of my favorite nights were just sitting in the hotel bar chatting business ideas an 2017 goals!

All weekend, we had planned to do head shots for their company while snapping a few images for venue research. We went to the Dewberry, Magnolia Plantation, Gadsden House, Boone Hall, Cannon Green, Kiawah Island and Harborside Resort! With all of our touring, we barely had time for branding photos. We then realized, what better place to take branding shots for a travel company than in an airport!  Never have I ever had so much fun waiting for a flight! Here are my favorite snaps from the Wanderlust Wedding Co airport branding shoot!
