Franciscan Monastery Wedding Inspiration | Film Wedding Photography | Personal Post

One of the best parts of being a wedding photographer is being able to model for friends in the industry! Much to Ben's chagrin, we get to have multiple fake weddings. When Eddie of Jalapeño Photography reached out looking for a couple to model for a film shoot, we couldn't wait to jump in front of the camera! We jumped into Rent the Runway attire and headed to the Franciscan Monastery  for our morning session with Eddie!

Some of you may know that I have been super curious about film this wedding season. I have a 35mm Canon AE-1 and recently just invested in the Pentax 645N. The 35mm is mostly for fun and travel. It is super quick and easy to use and I have been brining it along to some of my engagements. I am learning on the Pentax and it was so cool to get to see Eddie do her thing with a medium format camera! She has inspired me to incorporate more film on wedding day and on styled shoots! Here are some of my favorite shots from the day and some of my BTS shots as well!
