This was my third time in the city of love & I could not be happier about it. When I was in high school, I never really got the chance to travel abroad. Some of my wealthier friends were taking summertime vacations to Europe and I was left in Delray to tan & mostly just train for my swim team. As a teenager, I longed to walk the Champs-Elysées, eat fresh macaroons from Ladurée and drink champagne underneath the Eiffel Tower… Well, good things come to those who wait! If you’re like high school Kir, waiting to fulfill your travel dreams.. I FEEL you. You’ll get there. As a good friend once said, “you can have everything you want in life, just maybe not all at once.”

This trip, I was lucky enough to synch up with my college roomie Katie Magee! She moved to Germany a few years back so a flight to Paris for her is like a train ride for most! Is there anything better than exploring your favorite city with one of your best friends?! I think not!

Although I got to hang with Katie, this was largely a work trip! I did 3 portrait sessions in the short time I was in Paris! One bridal session on the Trocadero, one newlywed session and one anniversary session! Here are some sneak peeks of sessions I can’t wait to share on the blog!

Below are my personal digital snap shots of Paris! While I only had a few days, Katie and I got to stuff our faces with bread, see Versailles and wander around Montmartre!

Another work reason that brought me to France was a film workshop hosted by Lauren fair! This year, I decided to add more film into my business so I wanted to lear from the best! Here are some behind the scenes shots and sneaks! Full sessions hitting the blog soon! Scroll down for my personal film shots of Paris!

As promised, here are the 35mm film scans!! I shot on a Canon AE-1 and the film was developed by Dominion Camera!

Feel free to hit me up with any Paris travel questions!
