This was by far the best portrait session of my life. Not only was the weather and lighting to die for but Dylan and McKenzie were sheer perfection. I loved everything about this couple and this style. The dress was perfect for flowing movement pictures and truth be told, my own husband is growing a man bun so you can’t imagine how much I loved Dylan’s style.

We went to south mountain park in Tempe to snap these portraits. I would hope that this inspires more couples to consider destination elopements! Just look at these images. More and more people are electing to marry, just the two of them, and then have a party back home to celebrate with friends and family. I adore this new trend in weddings! It takes the pressure off of the idea of the “perfect day” and it allows a couple to celebrate their way and also include friends and family back home in a more relaxed fashion.
