It’s difficult to put into words how much I adored this couple. It’s also hard to believe the only day I had ever met them in person was on wedding day! Ellie & Greg are insanely down to earth. While the two live in the most intense, high paced city in the world (New York) they could not be more opposite of the tense city vibe. Ellie & Greg got engaged while traveling Canada and planned their Sunday brunch wedding all spring. Their day was a true reflection of their love and it was a joy to celebrate with them among friends and family.
Their wedding day was filled with personal touches. Hand written vows, haikus written by the groom lining the walk down the aisle and taco snacks at the end of the event! Because Greg is a writer, words were super important on their day. The newlyweds even directly addressed their guests at the end with a speech as opposed to a formal exit. Great weather, amazing food and lawn games all tied a pretty ribbon around this adorable brunch wedding. Here are my favorite shots, digital and film, from the day!
