Lauren and Zach are near and dear to my heart. This bride was a bridesmaid in one of my past weddings (shoutout to Molly & Jake) and she loved the way I handled a wedding day. When it came time for these two to tie the knot, I was one of the first vendors booked. Fast forward a few months and Zach happened to be relocated for work which brought these two to live in my very small hometown of Delray Beach Florida! I was able to visit them twice in the past year and really get to know their kind spirits and fun-loving nature.
The bride grew up in Virginia so even though these two relocated to Florida for work, they knew they had to have their wedding at home. Lauren and Zach got ready in the two most iconic hotels in Richmond (you can actually see the Quirk from the rooftop of the Graduate). They tied the knot in front of their friends and family at St. Bridget’s church to the sound of traditional Scottish bagpipes before riding in their private trolly to The Country Club of Virginia. Stylistically, I adored this wedding. The bridesmaids wore black and Lauren selected classic traditional details to accompany this chic vibe. But beyond the stunning optics, these two had the time of their lives. Lauren was smiling ear to ear all night and Zach barely ever left the dance floor. I felt more like a guest than a hired hand and I am so excited to share my favorite images from this beautiful affair. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness kids!
