A few months ago, two girlfriends asked me to brunch to get my opinion on an idea they had. They wanted to host a planner summit that offered education on tented weddings since it was such a big undertaking. They would of course want photos of some sort and maybe a little soirée. This nameless symposium evolved into House of Pearl. I take ZERO credit for any and all hard work of design and logistics that followed but I will think back fondly on our brunch where we spoke about birthstone names, opening the shoot to attendee photographers and inviting the local industry to network together.
