Krissy and Avinash are one of my 2020 couples turned 2021! They actually had a small ceremony to make it official right before these portraits so it was just such a stroke of luck that we would run into the Just Married Jacket rep for DC at their sunrise engagement session at the monuments. If this year has taught us anything it is to let go of expectation and roll with the punches. Is it typical to do engagement photos after the wedding? Maybe not, but who cares! Life doesn’t always go in order but if you find reasons to celebrate and put less pressure on yourself, you’ll find more joy. Here are my favorites from Krissy and Avinash’s DC engagement session.
