Is it possible to want to print and hang someone else’s engagement session in your own home? Because I LOVE THESE PHOTOS SO MUCH! I have been dying to shoot an engagement session at Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania so when Hannah and Matt asked if I would travel to near where they live in PA, I jumped at the chance! We literally felt like we were in Italy all afternoon!

Aidan and Greg had the sweetest wedding this fall. They decided to make it feel super comfortable and causal for all their loved ones involved! These two hosted 54 people in the Josephine Butler Parks Center to watch them exchange hand written vows in the small ballroom during sunset. Aidan and Greg decided on a first look in Meridian Hill Park so they could greet their guests to he ceremony as they arrived!

Katie and Danny have been together for over four years. They met in school and have been through moves, new careers and are now husband and wife! Katie and Danny planned for a more laid back affair with a water overlook to be able to spend the most time with friends and family. These two planned a classic Maryland wedding complete with a beachfront cocktail hour, a live band and a ton of incredible food! The crab place cards were also the perfect Maryland touch for their Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding!

Lauren & Taylor are the sweetest pair! They inquired with me a few months back and I have been dreaming of their Magnolia Plantation wedding ever since! These two now live in Massachusetts and are currently planning their Charleston wedding but has a vision of a New England engagement session this fall. The two met while in college in Vermont and actually got engaged there as well so they have a love of leaf-peeping season and wanted to capture their love in a classic fall setting at their special place on the Cape.

Kelly & Jordan have been planning their engagement photos for months! They knew they wanted fall inspired photos and decided on Great Falls because they love to wander and hike together. Since they are getting married in St. Louis, they decided to snap pictures of a place that reminds them of their love at home here in VA.

Ashley and Will had one of my favorite wedding styles. The bride had every single detail laid and out ready when I arrived at the Hay Adams Hotel and each spot was an iconic Washington D.C. location! We began the morning in a suite overlooking the White House and drove to a stunning cathedral before ending the night at St. Francis Hall! What a combination of scenery!

I swear it, Alex and Alyse have the BEST LUCK with photos! We walked to their favorite little pier in Baltimore only to find a historic boat show passing through! The rain held out for us as we heard cannons firing off in the distance! We ended our session at their favorite Ice Cream store, Baltimore Licks, where we got perfect parking and a lot of treats!

Oh man.. the Biggs family is making me a fan of family photography! I am not even kidding when I say that Olivia looked and smiled right at the camera for nearly two straight hours. What an incredible baby!! When these two college swimmers asked me to document their growing little family, I couldn’t help but say yes!

Caroline and Dan are the epitome of a classic couple. These two met at Station Nine in Durham at an ugly sweater party while both attending Duke. Dan, then a second year business school student, hosted the party when he met the love of his life. As an homage to their beginnings, the two now host an ugly sweater party every year! Dan proposed on a private island overlooking the barrier reef in Australia. To this day it is still one of their favorite trips regardless of the proposal! Although I think their honeymoon in Sri Lanka and the Maldives will be hard to beat!
