As doctors, no one knows the pandemic more intimately than these two. I think that’s why Kacey and Dan went through with a masks on ceremony in 2020. They knew there is no guaranteed end date to COVID-19. In fact, they originally had planned this brunch wedding at an entirely different hotel! Mere days before, […]

This couple was supposed to get married in spring but the universe had other plans. When the pandemic hit, Sydney and Colin decided to move their wedding in July. They didn’t know what the future held but they decided to get married, come what may. Just days after this wedding, Pittsburgh shut down indoor spaces […]

Ashley and Nissim had a darling summer wedding on one of the first nice days in August. They threw a Sunday brunch wedding at Airlie Gardens in Warrenton, VA that was full of sunshine and blue grass music. They shared a first look in the gardens behind the main building before signing their ketubah with […]

I actually cannot handle the cuteness of this session! Evan and Dustin decided to renew their vows this year in a small ceremony at Morias Vineyards and I was lucky enough to document the day. We went to this stunning Northern Virginia wedding venue for an afternoon of glam for Evan and Sloane and playtime […]

From start to finish, Jesse and Haley were a dream to work with. Their engagement session launched a litany of clients wanting Cherry Blossom engagement photos so I can’t imagine all the requests for elements from this wedding day. From this couple’s amazing style to Haley’s insane organization skills cultivated from working in the wedding […]

The second Kailey inquired, I knew she was the bride for me. This gal is a vlogger, chic fashionista and has the same taste in movies (SO many Notebook references made on wedding day). She and Ryan were high school sweethearts and Ryan knew from their very first phone conversations that Kailey was the one. […]

Brian and Rachel tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Great Marsh Estate this May and I cannot handle how perfectly the day went. I don’t like using the word perfect because I feel like it devalues the word as it gets used too frequently, but this wedding you guys!!!! Rachel & Brian were cool as cucumbers all day because they have known this day would come since they met in ELEVENTH GRADE. Their families were incredible, their friends looked like models but were extremely helpful and kind.

Carly & Josh.. what a pair. These two decided to elope in Meadowlark Botanical gardens with only their parents and last living grandmother. Their siblings didn’t even know! This intimate ceremony took place during the first snow fall of winter in Northern Virginia. What a way to start 2019!

Rain didn’t steal any joy from these two on their wedding day! I’ll be honest, a lot went not-according-to-plan during Renee & Rob’s wedding day: no one knew how to tie a bow tie, the ceremony was moved inside, and a number of logistics went awry… they actually used my wedding ring in their ceremony! But when it came down to it, these two handled it with grace and experienced the day with joy and laughter which is exactly how they will handle all obstacles in life!

Kaitlin & Ishan love each other so much that they got married TWICE. These newlyweds wanted to honor Ishan’s heritage and have a large traditional Indian wedding in India as well as this stunning wedding at Stone Tower Winery! Their multi-day celebration in India was the first ceremony to honor their eternal commitment before also affirming their commitment in a church in Virgina. I think it’s amazing when two people of different backgrounds blend their heritage and honor tradition in both ways!
