I cannot say enough about this couple right here. They are kind, caring and fun-loving people who genuinely care about everyone around them. The first thing that happened when I showed up to this wedding was Caroline giving both me and Jenny (the planner) matching gifts! I am currently rocking my custom Kir2ben hat while writing this post! Both families are just so darling. The maid of honor and bride’s sister, Claudia, was super helpful all day long and I think Caroline’s mom is my number one fan (Shoutout to Lisa!).

To top it all off, even with the crazy weather and last minute plan changes, these two never lost their smile. It was also the third time I have ever cried at a wedding. On THEIR day with THEIR family and friends they paused their reception to have everyone sing me happy birthday. When a couple is as selfless as this, how can you not sob like a baby.

Caroline & Bryce met their Freshman year at Christopher Newport. From her Freshman dorm, Caroline followed her creative spirit and started making tie-die T-shirts; Bryce happened to be her first customer! Although they used to be just dorm rooms away, the pair dated long distance the year leading up to their wedding.

They tied the knot on the deck of the Smithfield Center, blocks away from where Bryce grew up! They spent months planning their nuptials at Windsor Castle Park only to change everything the day before due to hurricane rains. Weather couldn’t stop these two from having the perfect day. We waited for breaks in the rain to capture their wedding exactly how they pictured it: full of love, laughter and fun.
