Can you imagine a better setting than the Anderson House for a DC Wedding? While the District of Columbia has some stunning wedding venues, the Society of the Cincinnati has it all: an elegant European vibe with some stunning outdoor spaces. The newly painted black doors make for a classic portrait backdrop and the pool patio area is a perfect setting for a cocktail hour or some small personal vows. The Society of the Cincinnati is the nation’s oldest patriotic organization, founded in 1783 by officers of the Continental Army and their French counterparts who served together in the American Revolution. So for couples who like rich history and a broad art collection: this venue is for you! 

Eric and Arielle are a darling couple. These two were laughing all afternoon long and are more in love than ever! Arielle shined in her Vivid wedding dress with a removable train! Capes are having a moment in bridal so she was super excited to play with the lace skirt as a cape or veil as well! These two danced and snuggled all over this incredible venue and I loved every minute of it. Here are my favorite shots from the day!
