Devin and Jeff are an adorable fun-loving pair. We were cracking jokes all morning even at 6:45AM. I loved being able to snap these engagements in fall because in under one calendar year, I will be back with these goofballs photographing their fall Stone Tower Winery wedding. I know they were a tad nervous being professionally photographed but by like 5 minutes in, they were naturals and really just let go of any jitters and just made a date out of it. We began our morning at the Wharf which is the newest DC hotspot. We got some perfect morning light even after the rainy day beforehand! The second location for this snoot was actually a fave of mine for two reasons: one, I had never photographed on GW campus before so it was fun exploring a new place and two, this is where Devin and Jeff met so I found it incredible sentimental and romantic. We even stopped by their dorm room where they first laid eyes on one another! Here are some of my favorite snaps from the D.C. engagement session!
