Grace and John, what a pair. After getting to know these two at their engagement session at her family’s property, I had been looking forward to this wedding all year. John is a sweet but stoic guy and Grace has this amazing lighthearted charm about her that is infectious to everyone she meets. They immediately put one another at ease and you can tell by the way they look at each other, they feel at home together. They planned a very intimate wedding at The Inn at Little Washington and this chilly November day did not disappoint. The charm of this historic site were the perfect backdrop for this elopement. You really feel like a VIP the second you step on property at this Inn. The food is what everyone is familiar with when they think of the Inn at Little Washington but you really leave thinking about the history of the property and the stunning mountain views. These two shared a first look in the little garden next to the Inn and warmed up by the fire when they felt chilly. They then tied the knot with 10 witnesses in the Field of Dreams off of the ballroom which George Washington himself danced in all those years ago. They shared their first dance on the patio before her dad gave a toast that brought the room to tears. Here are my favorite images that tell the story of their Inn at Little Washington Wedding!
