Can you even believe this first photo!? This was actually before their ceremony! Tatiana threw off her shoes and walked across these stones just moments before their nuptials. This is exactly the type of couple Tatiana and Damien are: easy going, up for adventure and tackling anything thrown their way, together. Life can bring you places you never expected. These two actually met in high school in 2003 and wound up getting married just a few miles down the road 13 years later. I was lucky enough to know them in both stages of this journey and although I hadn’t seen them in over a decade, it was if no time had passed. I was greeted with massive hugs and stayed hours past my hired time to drink and dance and embrace them as husband and wife! Days like these are the reason I love my job and couples are a testament to love and commitment.

Tatiana and Damien are total goofballs that aren’t super ‘into’ photos (although you’d never be able to tell!). Their Instagrams are sparse and mostly feature pictures of their doggie, Sloane, and neither of them have a Facebook page. Needless to say, this is the first time they had ever been professionally photographed together and they killed it. Not loving being the center of attention, Tati wanted a low key, elopement feel to this day and we definitely achieved it. They shared a first look before wandering around the Sundy House together. Damien and Tatiana walked into their ceremony together which took about 8 minutes total and was officiated by their mutual best friend and her sister, Denise. Dinner was followed by a few speeches and some dancing with a handful of their closest friends and family and they ended the night in a big hug with their favorite song playing in the background. Can every wedding be this??? Here are my favorite snaps that tell the story of the day. Congratulations you crazy kids!   Vendors
