This session could not have come at a more perfect time. Kacey is an essential healthcare worker but she happened to be on vacation during this stretch of time! Before heading back to the front lines, we decided to capture these images to celebrate their engagement and focus on the positive. Kacey always envisioned her engagement session. While coffee shops were closed, we were able to keep our distance at Meridian Hill Park and recreate a coffee shop experience in their common area of Dan’s Alexandria apartment. The weather was absolutely perfect, slightly chilly but the sun was shining! Because of the Coronavirus, we actually had the park all to ourselves. I even love the shots with the empty fountain.  They will certainly remember this session for years to come! Here are some of my favorite snaps from their DC engagement session.
