I forgot how different one city can be. This engagement session proves you can have any landscape you want in DC! Cherry and Sam knew they wanted two looks for their engagement photos: formal and casual. These two actually met for their first date ever at a coffee shop in Blagden Alley so they just knew they wanted portraits where it all began. The alley area is super fun with lost of brick, outdoor dining and street art. There’s even a place to get wine in juice boxes! We wandered around the alley before heading to the Capitol building to end the evening in formal wear. Cherry and Sam have a love of sneakers so we took a few snaps in their matching kicks before the sun set. When the session ended, these two surprised me with a bottle of wine and I was so completely shocked!! Can all clients be them!?
