When Ryan reached out to me to capture his proposal, I knew it was going to be a good one. This couple was in town visiting Meredith’s family from Florida. They had actually never been to Stone Tower Winery so Ryan scheduled a little tour to set up the surprise. After the grabbed their wine, Ryan led Meredith to the stone stage where he asked her to spend the rest of their lives together. She of course said yes and they both had the sweetest reactions! We spent about an hour together taking photos and exploring the winery before her parents joined them for a private celebration. Below are my favorite snaps from their winter winery proposal. Congrats to this happy couple!

  1. […] Tower Tasting Room Building: This building originally was open to all adult guests but is now reserved for members of the wine club only. If you want access you can either sign up for the wine club (starting at 3 payments of $140 a year, you’ll get wine club perks and 3 shipments of wine) or rent one of the private event rooms (starting at $350 an hour for a 3 hour minimum in the Summit Room). You can have your loved ones waiting in the room to celebrate after! The best spot for proposals is the large stone circle behind the Tower Tasting Room. You can get there by walking in the main tasting room, heading down the steps to your left, and continuing outside to the stone patio. Depending on the day and time it may be reserved as part of a ballroom reservation. I would suggest contacting someone from events in advance (email is best) to make sure you’ll be able to pull it off on your desired date.
