Rose-Helen and Filippo were my first ‘pink tree’ clients of the year! Knowing that the tidal basin might be shut down due to COVID, we decided to go for magnolia photos instead; and oh boy, was it a treat. We began at sunrise at the Enid A Haupt Garden with their adorable puppy Roots (who yes, has an Instagram). After walking around the Smithsonian Castle, we headed close to the National Mall for some magnolia goodness. Finding these hidden spaces in the city is what DC engagement photos is all about!
