It’s obvious to see how easily Bridgette and Doug fit together. Doug is an extremely thoughtful and kind soul which is mirrored only by Bridgette’s sweetness and loving nature. What made this wedding special was the bond these newlyweds shared. These two read personal letters during their first look and it was one of the sweetest moments I’ve ever seen. Their intimate ceremony in the all white church concluded with a family only send off and some alone time for just the two of them.

Bridgette and Doug never lost their smiles even though their wedding actually took place while a hurricane was traveling full speed ahead at the east coast! Even though no one plans for rain, the rain plan for these two was absolutely stellar: the getting ready, ceremony and reception were all planned for indoor spaces regardless! We were even able to snap some portraits during the 10-minute break in the weather. I am so thrilled that they chose me to document their special day.
