2019, Wow. What a freakin’ ride. When I look back at this year, I kind of have to laugh. Starting this year, my word of the year was “Rest”. I did anything but rest. I came in from 2018 pretty worn down from my biggest year yet so, I raised my prices and vowed […]

What could be a better addition to an engagement shoot than a new puppy!? Vince got Nicole this darling pupper as a gift; he gave Nicole the collar first and she was utterly confused until she saw Zeppelin! These two actually live in Chicago but traveled back home to Maryland for a friend’s wedding. While […]

When Sarah from Intrigue Designs asks if you would like to take photos in her stunning floral workshop, you say YES! Intrigue is one of the world’s best floral designers and they host workshops all around the globe. This year, Sarah just so happened to host one at Prism in Annapolis! This is one of my favorite sessions ever, not only because I loved the location, but I love the couple as well! I met Cale and Lori in college and actually eventually ended up working with Cale. He was in my husbands fraternity and Lori was in the “tacos”- a friend group of very close friend/roommate Steph Robinson. I always feel honored when friends ask me to capture their love story! It is an awesome thing to be asked. When they texted, “would you be opposed to shooting on a boat?” my response was “well, duh.”
