Anna and Rohan wanted a springtime DC engagement session and OH MAN did nature deliver! Our first stop was the Washington National Cathedral before heading to this magnolia paradise. I know everyone loved cherry blossoms but I think the magnolia saucers show better in photos! What do you think??

Have you ever experienced 4 seasons in a day? Welp, we did yesterday. Actual sleet, gusts of wind & shining light treated us to one wild day in the district but Irene & Matt had a blast in every weather scenario. Cherry blossoms lined their Wharf nuptials & Greek music serenaded their reception. Cheers to […]

Blake knew he wanted to propose with the Capitol in the background and this was the perfect secluded spot to surprise Caroline with the ring of her dreams! Little did she know, her family was also waiting around the corner for hugs and champagne! Here are my favorite images from this surprise capitol hill proposal. […]

Lily and Ben are two of my all-time favorite clients! When I had to pick models for a mentoring session, they were the first couple I thought of! When they reached back out I was over the moon excited […]

When I think ‘classic’ I think of the DC cherry blossoms. Cecilia and John wanted a DC spring engagement session at the Tidal Basin and I was thrilled we were able to give them their dream! With the closures due to the pandemic, I didn’t know how accessible the mall would be but we had […]

Alyssa and Ethan probably had one of my favorite sessions of the year. We knew we wanted cherry blossoms but also knew the tidal basin might be closed due to the pandemic. As it turns out, we went at sunrise on a weekend and had no problem at all with pedestrian access. In fact, these […]
