During Cherry Blossom season, I had the pleasure of photographing Angelica and Melissa. These two are the perfect match: Angelica is a local wedding planner and Melissa is a photographer herself! These two drove down from Maryland to have a mini sweetheart session in the sun with me at Haines Point!

Alicia and Kenny were visiting just in time for the cherry blossoms! These two eloped and and never actually got formal portraits captured so they thought they should get all gussied up and celebrate their love with an anniversary session! These two met in DC before their trip to Korea so it seemed fitting that they would snap photos where it all began.

Not only is this one of my favorite sessions of all time, this is one of my favorite couples of all time! The second I met these two for beers, we felt like old friends. Daniel gets my obscure Mad Men references & Lauren is a hilarious tattooed goddess. We snuck around DC’s best garden, Dumbarton Oaks, right before they closed the doors for renovation until 2018!

I have known Charlotte forever! We swam on the same club team in high school in Boca Raton, Florida. She was always a breath of fresh air and so fun to be around. She is not only stunning and kind but she is also a Marine! Charlotte’s commitment to her country lead her on a journey to meet the love of her life: Joe.

So you’re engaged… AMAZING! You have found a photographer… Also AMAZING! Now it is time for your engagement session. But what on earth should I wear?! A bunch of brides come to me with a certain look they have in mind and who am I to change that!
