When K scheduled a session I couldn’t have been more excited! This darling is not only one of my boudoir clients but she is also one of my brides! She brought a veil and her wedding shoes to her session to get bridal in studio! I think it was the perfect way to get her excited for wedding day!

When a boudoir session involves whiskey, you know it’s a good day. J wanted some intimate portraits for her hubby as an anniversary present. She admitted to me that she used to be GREAT with gift giving but has gotten lax in the recent years of marriage. This year, I know her boudoir book will be one heck of a surprise!

When I first opened Dogwood Lane, I never dreamed that I would be posing in the space! Once a year, Ben and I have our photos taken together. Sometimes it’s during Christmas, sometimes it’s an anniversary session.. but this year, I’ve been really inspired by boudoir. I wanted to start offering couple’s boudoir sessions but before I did, I needed to feel what it’s like to be on the other side of the camera. After getting married, I undoubtedly became a better wedding photographer. The same rule applies to boudoir!

Is there anything more glamorous than a gal about to get married!? R decided to come in for a bridal boudoir session as a surprise to her fiance! She came into the studio just weeks before her big day! I love when clients plan it this way because they’re usually feeling super confident and beaming with self-love ready for their wedding!

What can I say about how much I adore this human?! I photographer her engagement photos nearly TWO years ago and snapped the Michie wedding last June. When Alison was thinking about what to get Ryan for their one year anniversary, she knew a boudoir session would be the perfect gift!
