Never has there ever been a goofier groom than Rob. I think I laughed the entire 2 hour session with these two. Christina contacted me this spring to do anniversary photos while her and her husband were on vacation in DC. This was be a very special 8 year anniversary trip because it was be their first trip ever away from their 16 month old daughter! These two value love and none of the pomp and circumstance that surrounds wedding day. They are having a small ceremony at the Josephine Butler Center which they want to feel more like a casual party & cocktail hour with friends. This may be the first time I will not be documenting getting ready or detail shots on wedding day!

I have ALWAYS wanted to shoot at Federal Triangle!! I am so so happy that Ritzy and Koji jumped on board with my vision! We both have the same taste in cityscapes and love all things french. We began our morning at Lincoln and ended in the middle of DC for from European inspired backdrops. Cafe inspired engagement photos? Yes please!

Their intimate city wedding was supposed to be nothing but rain all day but all we saw were tiny droplets here and there. It barely sprinkled on our Lincoln memorial parade as we walked with clear umbrellas in hand.
